Challenge
Avanti Overseas Private Limited, India’s largest toy manufacturing and export company, places significant importance on the working environment of its shop floors, recognizing that ambient conditions directly affect worker wellbeing and output. As the business scaled, leadership – represented by Mr. Vijay Govind, Vice President of Corporate Human Resources, Administration and Social Compliances – recognized the need for a properly engineered cooling solution rather than an ad-hoc one, and began looking for a partner who could assess and improve the shop-floor environment on a technical basis.
Solution
Avanti Overseas connected with Symphony, whose team carried out a detailed technical analysis of the shop floor to determine how the ambient environment could be improved. This included evaluating how exhaust airflow should be designed, how fresh air input should be managed, and precisely where cooling units should be positioned for maximum effect. Based on this analysis, Symphony Venti-Cool designed and implemented a customized industrial cooling setup tailored to the factory’s layout and workforce needs.
Performance
Once the engineered cooling setup was installed, the client described the change in shop-floor conditions as unmatched by anything they had experienced before. Leadership considers the decision to install Symphony’s industrial cooling systems one of the best decisions the company has made, noting that the systems have performed fantastically since installation.
Result
The success of the first installation led Avanti Overseas to extend Symphony’s industrial cooling systems to a second factory, then a third, and the company is now in the process of rolling the same setup out to a fourth facility. Avanti Overseas describes itself as extremely happy with the outcome – both its workforce and its machines are operating comfortably – and credits Symphony with doing a wonderful job in building and sustaining this relationship.
