Challenge
Visitors come to Brahma Kumaris centres to sit in silence and experience deep peace, so the atmosphere of the hall matters as much as the teaching. For cooling, the centres had relied on metal body coolers, but these brought recurring problems over time. The bodies rusted quickly and deteriorated, the grass pads had to be changed every year, and there were repeated current related issues on top of that. When the large hall at the Kishan Pole Bazaar centre needed cooling, the team also expected that a single machine would not be enough for such a big space.
Solution
After using Symphony’s small air coolers and finding their performance good, the team learned that Symphony also makes industrial coolers for large areas. Symphony repeatedly assured the centre that one industrial cooler would be enough for the entire Kishan Pole Bazaar hall. Still unsure, the centre placed the order on a condition: if the purpose was not solved, it would not pay the bill. Symphony accepted this and offered to take the machine back if the cooling effect was not delivered.

Performance
The doubts ended in the very first season, as soon as the machine was switched on. The single industrial cooler delivered the cooling effect the hall needed, and Symphony’s commitment was honoured, which built faith in the company. Meditators sitting in the hall repeatedly asked whether an air conditioner had been installed, and several visitors came to see the machine themselves, curious which cooler could give such an effect.
Result
The centre is fully satisfied with its decision and has since extended the solution. Three to four more Symphony coolers were purchased and installed at the Vaishali Nagar centre, in its rooms and dining area. Mr. Ratanbhai Kumawat, who looks after the services at the Vaishali Nagar centre, reports complete satisfaction with all the machines, and the rust, yearly pad changes and electrical issues of the earlier metal body coolers are no longer a concern.
