| Key Concern | High Plant Temperature Affecting Staff Comfort and Productivity |
Challenge
Victora Auto Private Limited, Faridabad is an automotive parts manufacturer and ranks among the top companies worldwide in its hanger division. Summers in Faridabad, Haryana regularly push outdoor temperatures to between 40 and 45 degrees Celsius. Inside the plant, robotic cells and wire bending machines add significant heat, raising indoor temperatures to around 50 degrees Celsius. These conditions made the plant floor uncomfortable for staff and created a growing need for an effective, large scale cooling solution.
Solution
The purchase and sales teams at Victora Auto Private Limited began looking for a cooling solution suited to the plant’s scale and heat load. Symphony was introduced to the team, who were then taken to a reference site where Symphony cooling units were already installed and running. After observing the solution firsthand, Victora Auto Private Limited decided to implement it across their own plant, with units deployed to cool the high heat zones around the robotic cells and wire bending machines.

Performance
Since installation, the cooling system has run without any maintenance related issues. It has delivered noticeable power savings compared to the plant’s earlier cooling approach, and as a green, sustainable cooling solution it supports the company’s broader efficiency and environmental goals.
Result
Staff productivity on the plant floor has improved since the cooling system was put in place, and employee absenteeism has dropped considerably, reflecting a more comfortable and workable environment. Mr. Anil Kumar Chaubey, who oversees maintenance at Victora Auto Private Limited, now recommends the solution to other companies in the automotive sector, citing its sustainability, reliability, and overall product quality.
