Challenge
Brahma Motors’ Royal Enfield showroom sits directly on a highway in Wakadewadi, Shivaji Nagar, Pune, and its exterior features a glass structure. While this gives the showroom a striking, modern look, it also lets in a large amount of direct sunlight, which built up heat inside and left the space feeling suffocating, especially with Pune’s summer temperatures climbing to around 40°C. This was more than a comfort issue. Sales staff typically spend around 30 to 45 minutes with customers explaining specifications, features, and models, and the showroom’s popularity meant a steady footfall of customers for inquiries, bookings, and sales. The workshop team also experienced difficulties due to summer heat conditions before Symphony LSV installation.
Solution
Brahma Motors installed Symphony industrial coolers to address the heat inside its glass fronted showroom, and extended the same solution to its workshop, where the team has now been using Symphony coolers for several years.
Performance
Since installing Symphony’s industrial coolers, Brahma Motors has seen a clear improvement across both the showroom and the workshop. Aditya Ajay Jain, from Brahma Motors, notes that the problems of humidity and high temperature that used to affect the showroom have been significantly reduced, and that the atmosphere inside now stays cool and comfortable even when direct sun is coming through the glass exterior.
Kunal, from the Brahma Motors Royal Enfield showroom, adds that the showroom’s popularity brings a steady flow of customers who spend extended time with sales staff, and that the cooling has made this experience noticeably more comfortable, which has been reflected in positive customer feedback and has contributed positively to the showroom’s sales growth.

The workshop’s service manager, Mr. Nishat, Brahma Motors reports that summer conditions before Symphony industrial cooler were genuinely difficult for customers and staff, but that temperatures inside the customer lounge and showroom are now well controlled. Customers themselves have commented that a single Symphony unit is able to cool such a large showroom effectively. The team appreciates Symphony’s on-call support, with issues resolved within 24 hours. They also report no downtime or service issues since the coolers were installed.
Result
Symphony’s industrial coolers have turned a naturally heat prone, all glass showroom into a comfortable space for both customers and staff, in a location where summer temperatures regularly reach 40°C. The improved environment has supported longer, more relaxed sales conversations and positive customer sentiment, which Brahma Motors links to its sales growth, while dependable after sales support has kept the systems running without interruption. Based on this experience, staff across the showroom and workshop recommend Symphony’s industrial cooling for other showrooms and homes alike.
