Challenge

Bhakti Polymers’ manufacturing facility in Ahmedabad spans 12,000 sq. ft. of active production space housing heavy industrial machinery. The facility had recently undergone an expansion, and the management needed a cooling system that could maintain a constant, healthy ambient temperature across the enlarged space. Two priorities drove the requirement: keeping machinery cool to prevent overheating and maintain operational reliability, and ensuring a comfortable, dust-free environment for employees working long production shifts.

Bhakti Polymers had previously worked with Symphony Venti Cool at other facilities and approached them again based on that established track record. Symphony’s primary challenge was delivering uniform temperature control across the full 12,000 sq. ft. of the expanded plant.

Solution

Following a site inspection, Symphony Venti Cool recommended 12 PAC 25 down-discharge units, connected to 20-foot ducts with direct grills for efficient and targeted air pumping across the production floor. The down-discharge configuration was chosen to direct cool air downward toward the work level and machinery surfaces, maximising cooling effectiveness at the floor where it matters most.

The PAC 25 units feature four-side cooling pads for comprehensive and consistent airflow, ensuring that both the machinery and the employees working around them received adequate cooling coverage. The 20-foot duct and direct grill setup enabled air to be channelled precisely into the areas of highest heat concentration within the facility.

Performance

The 12 PAC 25 units maintained a consistent ambient temperature across the full production floor following installation, including the newly expanded sections. Down-discharge airflow effectively cooled machinery surfaces throughout operating hours, reducing the risk of heat-related equipment issues. The direct grill configuration delivered clean, filtered air to all work zones, contributing to a dust-free environment. Operational costs remained low, consistent with Symphony’s large-space ventilation efficiency credentials.

Result

Bhakti Polymers’ management confirmed that the installation met all objectives — stable temperature control, machinery protection, and a clean, comfortable environment for employees across the 12,000 sq. ft. facility. Workers were able to maintain consistent productivity throughout their shifts without heat-related discomfort, and machinery operated reliably with reduced overheating risk. The repeat engagement reflects the client’s continued confidence in Symphony Venti Cool’s ability to deliver reliable, application-specific cooling solutions.
