Challenge
Nottee 9, a café in Rourkela, already had air conditioners installed — yet cooling remained a persistent problem. The kitchen at the back of the outlet generated significant heat, causing frequent suffocation whenever visitor footfall increased. Constant opening and closing of both the front entrance and rear kitchen door let warm air in and cool air out, drastically reducing AC effectiveness.
There was also a seasonal challenge: air conditioners were impractical in winter, yet the café still needed consistent airflow to keep staff and guests comfortable. A solution that worked across all seasons was essential.
Solution
Symphony Venti Cool assessed the café’s layout and installed two Venti-Cool 25U and one Venti-Cool 20U industrial ducting cooler, paired with 30 feet of ducting and 20 outlets — ensuring even air distribution while enhancing the aesthetic appearance of the interior.
The Venti-Cool 20U and 25U were well-suited due to their modular design, allowing flexible placement regardless of space constraints. Key advantages included:

- Powerful 1.5 kW motor for consistent, even airflow throughout the day
- 20-outlet duct configuration covering the full café floor
- Effective in both summer and winter, unlike conventional air conditioners

Performance
After installation, air distribution across Nottee 9 was reported as adequate — a clear improvement over what air conditioners alone had delivered. The 20-outlet setup ensured uniform airflow even during peak hours and frequent door activity. The system performed reliably across seasons, and kitchen-generated heat that previously caused suffocation was effectively managed.
Result
Nottee 9 was fully satisfied with Symphony’s quick, practical solution. The installation delivered reliable, year-round comfort without excessive energy consumption. The outcome spoke for itself — the client requested Symphony’s team to extend the same cooling solution to their other Nottee outlet locations.
