 Challenge

A2B, a well-established restaurant chain, was planning the launch of a new outlet in Tirupati and needed a reliable industrial cooling solution for its kitchen operations. The urgency of the requirement stemmed from a difficult past experience — their Chennai outlets had faced operational disruptions caused by inadequate cooling, resulting in significant downtime. Kitchen staff were working in uncomfortably hot conditions, which directly affected their output and well-being.

A2B’s management was firm on two conditions before committing to a solution: the coolers had to be durable and fail-proof, and they required a live demonstration to validate performance before approving any long-term procurement. The stakes were high — a wrong choice would mean repeated disruptions across future outlets as the brand continued to expand.

Solution

Symphony Venti-Cool’s application team carried out a detailed evaluation of A2B’s Tirupati kitchen layout, accounting for space constraints, heat load from cooking equipment, and ventilation requirements. Based on this assessment, duct air coolers were identified as the most suitable solution — offering powerful airflow in a compact form factor ideal for commercial kitchen environments.

Two VC20U and one VC25U industrial duct coolers were installed at the Tirupati outlet, positioned to ensure uniform air circulation across the entire kitchen floor. A live demonstration was conducted as requested, allowing A2B’s team to directly assess cooling performance, ease of operation, and installation quality before signing off.

Performance

The VC20U and VC25U models performed efficiently under the demanding heat conditions of a commercial kitchen — delivering consistent, high-volume airflow without occupying significant floor space. Their energy-efficient motors ensured even air distribution throughout operational hours, maintaining stable temperature levels across all kitchen zones. The installation process was completed quickly and with minimal disruption to the kitchen’s daily schedule.

A2B’s kitchen staff reported a marked improvement in working conditions following installation. The coolers operated reliably throughout extended shifts, reinforcing A2B’s confidence in the product’s durability and low-maintenance profile — the two non-negotiables they had set from the outset.

Result

A2B was fully satisfied with the performance demonstrated at the Tirupati outlet. The positive outcome led to a formal multi-outlet agreement with Symphony Venti-Cool — covering cooling and ventilation requirements for all future A2B outlets. Deliveries were subsequently extended to two additional outlets, establishing Symphony as A2B’s preferred industrial cooling partner for ongoing expansion.
