Challenge
Coffee, one of the upbeat cafés in Bhilwara, features a partly open passage designed for outdoor dining — an exciting space for visitors, but one that came with a significant heat problem. Since the area is semi-open, air conditioners could not be installed, leaving guests exposed to the full intensity of outdoor heat while dining.
The management needed a solution that could deliver even, consistent airflow across the entire open passage — ensuring every table received adequate cooling regardless of how many visitors were present. They approached Symphony for the best possible air cooler solution suited to this unique space.
Solution
Symphony deployed one Venti-Cool 25U duct air cooler with long ducting to establish effective airflow across the entire outdoor dining area. To ensure every table received ample air — especially during high footfall — Symphony also provided a grill at each counter, enabling targeted air distribution throughout the passage.
The VC 25U was the ideal fit for this setting. Its key technical advantages made it the right choice for an open commercial space:

- Cools up to 1,500 sq. ft. with four-side cooling pads despite its small footprint
- Silent operation — guests remain unaware of the cooler running in the background

Performance
Following installation, all outdoor tables in the open passage received sufficient and consistent cooling. The long ducting combined with the counter grills ensured that air reached every corner of the dining area evenly, even during peak hours when visitor numbers were at their highest. The silent operation of the VC 25U added to the overall dining experience without any intrusive noise.
Result
Coffee was thoroughly delighted with Symphony’s installation and planning. The outdoor dining passage — once uncomfortably hot and impractical to cool — was transformed into a comfortable, well-ventilated space for guests. Symphony’s ability to design a tailored ducting solution for a partly open commercial setting demonstrated its expertise in delivering cooling where conventional systems simply cannot reach.
