How Clean Air and Efficient Cooling Elevated the Shopping Experience at Suresh Collection & Creation — Jalgaon

 Challenge

Suresh Collection & Creation is one of Jalgaon’s most recognised retail destinations for men’s and women’s fashion, located in the busy Phule market area. As a large shopping complex with steady visitor footfall throughout the day, adequate ventilation and air quality are directly tied to the customer experience. Without proper air circulation, a retail space of this scale can quickly become stuffy and uncomfortable — deterring customers and reducing the efficiency of sales staff on the floor.

The management had two clear requirements: the solution must deliver cross-ventilation through properly planned air ducts to ensure clean, filtered air across all areas of the store, and it must do so in an energy-efficient and cost-effective manner. The system also needed to perform reliably across all weather conditions, given Jalgaon’s varying seasonal temperatures.

Solution

After assessing the retail space, Symphony Venti Cool designed a ducted multi-unit cooling layout using a combination of VC25U and VC20U models. Six VC25U coolers and sixteen VC20U units were installed with top-discharge ducts connected to six outlet points, ensuring airflow coverage across the full floor area. Honeycomb pads on all units provided superior and consistent cooling output throughout operating hours.

The VC25U was selected for its ability to cool up to 2,500 sq. ft. per unit, enhanced cool flow dispensers, and weather-resistant engineered plastic body. The VC20U complemented this with its 1.1 kW motor delivering intense, targeted airflow for areas up to 2,000 sq. ft. The combined system provided the cross-ventilation and clean air supply the client required, while keeping energy consumption and operational costs within budget.

Performance

Following installation, the store maintained consistent air circulation and a comfortable ambient temperature across all sections. The top-discharge duct configuration enabled even distribution without creating localised drafts or uneven cooling zones. The honeycomb pads across all units ensured that the air delivered was filtered and clean, addressing the management’s concern about air quality for visitors and staff. The units operated quietly, maintaining the shopping environment without any noise disruption.

Result

Suresh Collection & Creation now operates with a fully functional, multi-unit cooling and ventilation system capable of maintaining comfortable conditions for shoppers regardless of outdoor temperatures. Staff were able to assist customers more effectively in a comfortable environment, and the improved shopping experience supported longer customer dwell time on the floor. The management confirmed satisfaction with the system’s performance, energy efficiency, and the quality of air inside the store.
