Challenge
RK Marble is a large-scale marble processing factory in Kishangarh, Rajasthan — a region known for extreme temperatures across both summer and winter seasons. The facility spans three floors totalling over 1,06,000 sq. ft. of operational space, housing heavy processing machinery that generates additional heat during production. The combination of harsh ambient temperatures and machine-generated heat created working conditions that posed health risks to employees and threatened machinery overheating — both of which were cutting into daily production output.
The management needed a solution that could maintain a steady, healthy ambient temperature across all three floors simultaneously, ensuring full coverage in a facility of this scale without compromising on air quality or worker comfort.
Solution
Symphony Venti Cool’s team conducted a thorough assessment of all three floors and designed a deployment plan using 26 units of the PAC 32i top-discharge cooler. Each unit was configured with eight jet nozzles for wide-angle air dispersal and connected to 15-foot ducts to reach deep into the floor spaces. A 100-litre water tank and four-sided cooling pads on each unit ensured sustained, high-volume cooling output over extended operational periods.
The PAC 32i’s jet nozzle and top-discharge configuration was specifically chosen to enable corner-to-corner air coverage across each floor — ensuring that no area of the factory, however remote from a unit, remained without adequate airflow. The system was designed to continuously replace hot, humid, and dust-laden air with cool, clean air throughout the working day.

Performance
The 26 PAC 32i units deployed across all three floors delivered comprehensive cooling coverage from wall to wall. The jet nozzle configuration effectively pushed air into the far corners of each floor, eliminating hot spots common in large multi-floor industrial spaces. The four-sided cooling pads maintained strong output consistently, and the 100-litre tanks reduced the frequency of water replenishment during long production shifts. Air quality across the facility improved noticeably, with hot and impure air continuously displaced by fresh, cooled airflow.
Result
Workers operated in a significantly more comfortable and hygienic environment following installation, reducing heat-related fatigue and enabling them to maintain consistent output across full shifts. Machine overheating risks were also eliminated, reducing unplanned downtime. RK Marble’s management confirmed that the installation successfully resolved the facility’s temperature and air quality challenges across all three floors, contributing to improved workforce productivity and more reliable daily production.
